Vibrator feeders are divided up into two groups: Circular feeders and Linear feeders. Circular feeders are constructed so they produce the wanted rotation of the small assembly parts. Linear feeders are constructed to produce a onewayed motion of the small assembly parts.

 

Circular Feeders Circular feeders normaly consist of a bottom element that produces the desired vibrations and a top (bowl) wherein the small assembly parts are orientated. The bottom element is available in nine different sizes from type D100 to type D750. The bowls are made in stainless steel or aluminium. The bowls are shaped as cylinderbowls, conebowls og stairbowls. The bowls are supplied from Ø90mm to Ø1200. LYSTA Vibrator also offers to make special the bowls if it is needed.

Linear Feeders Linear feeders consist of a linear vibrator which feeds the small assembly parts in a linear movement and a specially made feeding rail, wherein the small assembly parts move forward towards an outlet. The feeding rail can normally also be used as a "buffer store". There are 16 different standard types of linear vibrators.
